One church. Growing together every day.
The 2027 St John 365 Devotional will include one Scripture-based devotional for every day of the year, written by members of the St John family.
Everyone is invited to write. You do not have to be a Bible scholar or professional writer. Simply choose a Scripture and share one clear truth about how it connects to everyday life.
What to Include
- Scripture: Choose a verse or short passage.
- Reflection: Write 200–300 words. The Scripture does not count toward the word count.
- Connect: Begin with a relatable thought, question, or experience.
- Explain: Share one clear truth from the Scripture.
- Apply: Explain how readers can live out that truth.
- Pray: Close with a brief prayer of 1–3 sentences.
Keep your writing clear, personal, and easy to understand. Your experience can support the message, but Scripture should remain at the center.
